I started as a licensed esthetician, working chairside with clients every day — which meant I saw firsthand how much a clinic's booking calendar depends on how it shows up online. Great treatments don't sell themselves if the content around them looks like an afterthought.
From there I moved into aesthetic sales, where I learned the other half of the equation: how a practice actually converts interest into booked consultations, and how much of that comes down to trust built through consistent, honest content — not just a pretty feed.
